Every experience I've had at Monroe Med Spa has been absolutely amazing. I was interested, yet very unfamiliar to the world of fillers, but Lindsay was extremely informative, kind, and comforting at all of my lip filler appointments. She gave me all of the information I needed, answered any questions I had, and spoke to any fears or concerns I had about the procedure and healing process. I'm so so happy with my results, and I will definitely continue booking with Lindsay for maintenance appointments, and possibly other injection appointments someday! Lindsay's skillful techniques and careful work give really beautiful results, she's truly great at what she does. I've also had a hydrafacial treatment from Chelsea, and that was also such an amazingly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. My skin looked and felt amazing after the treatment, and I also carried that peaceful/relaxing vibe with me long after I left the appointment. Chelsea is warm, kind, and also extremely knowledgeable about skincare. I was super grateful for the information about what I can do to keep caring for my skin. Thanks Lindsay and Chelsea, you're both amazing!

Lindsay at the Hertel location is genuinely one of the warmest, kindest people I have ever met! She’s thoughtful, thorough, and very professional. I never feel judged or insecure during our appts. I had such a great experience getting Dysport injections from Lindsay! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She realized my dislike for needles and use distraction tools to make the injection process tolerable! Lindsay also took the time to explain everything and really listened to what I wanted. The results look so natural—fresh, smooth, and exactly what I hoped for. I appreciate her technique and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone !

Book your appointment now.Dont wait and hold off like I did.Amazing experience starting with very friendly knowledgeable front desk staff and of course Chelsea who did my Deluxe Hydrafacial. My skin feels INCREDIBLE!Very professional and answered any questions I had.Chelsea was helpful n gave great advice for my particular needs.Very clean beautiful spa rooms.Booked my 2nd appt and am looking forward to it already!!

Been seeing Chelsea for a few years now for tox and filler. This is the best my face has ever looked. She certainly has the eye for injections. I can tell her to do whatever she thinks looks good and it always turns out great. Dawn at the front desk is also a sweetheart and greets me with a smiling face every time. 10/10 recommend.

I always have a great experience with the staff at Monroe Buffalo. I have been seeing Lindsay for years for my injectables. She is someone I 100% trust, and refer her to everyone I know. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to injectables and skin treatments. She also has a background in allergy and emergency med, which to me is an added bonus of trust when it comes to medspa treatments. Also, Danielle is amazing at the front desk. She is warm and inviting. Always making sure you are taken care of when you check in and when you leave. Love my girls at Monroe Buffalo! 🩷🩷🩷

After a traumatic and extremely unprofessional experience at another company, I did my research and found Monroe MedSpa and I’m so grateful I did. I went to the Hertel location in Buffalo and had such an incredible experience from start to finish. I had lip filler migration from improper placement and lack of proper guidance elsewhere so I was really nervous going in. From the moment Lindsay walked into the room for my consult, she immediately put me at ease and restored my confidence. She is not only incredibly kind, but also exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough. She corrected my migrated filler beautifully, and her Dysport technique gave me such a refreshed look with a subtle, natural lift. She also recommended an amazing skincare product that I already love. It’s so important to be careful about who you trust with your treatments and I truly couldn’t recommend Lindsay enough. As a patient, it’s also incredibly important to be properly informed about everything you’re receiving and to clearly understand exactly what’s being done before any treatment begins. Honesty and transparency in a setting like this are imperative and that’s exactly what you get here. The spa itself is gorgeous, the staff is warm and welcoming and the entire experience felt professional, comfortable and worth every penny. I am beyond happy with both my results and my experience. Highly recommend!
